  • Our services include sourcing and booking every step of your journey from arrival at your first destination to departure including accommodations, day-by-day itinerary, restaurants, chauffeur services, resort and hotel services, special excursions and cultural experiences. It’s a complete trip plan curated and executed on your behalf. While we do not book flights to and from Europe, we do handle all transfers during the trip including train, private jet, helicopter, or boat.

  • Booking of accommodations is always complimentary. We charge a fee for the bespoke planning of all other components of your travel that is scaled based on the duration and complexity of your trip. These services begin at €2000 for a single destination journey to a resort where you largely require on-property arrangements and scale from there.

  • We provide you with a portfolio of exquisite property rental options to choose from, ensure your selection meets our high-standards, and arrange all of your pre-arrival amenities. We also provide chauffeur services on arrival and departure, bilingual childcare or camp options, and recommendations for restaurants and activities during your stay, as well as help familiarize you with your new neighborhood or village and local services.

  • The Paris properties in our portfolio begin at €3500 per week and the Provence properties in our portfolio start at €3000 per week. Our fees for planning your longer-term stay ahead of your arrival begin at €1000.

  • We believe these trips are more than just a scouting opportunity; they are part of the process of envisioning your new life abroad. Planning begins with a one-hour call to discuss the locations in France that interest you, your vision for your future life in France, and any questions you have about living here. After the call, you will receive a detailed scouting trip plan and hotel booking proposal. We will do a 30 minute call to review your itinerary and finalize hotel selections. You will then receive a guide on living in France and what to consider during your scouting journey. Upon return from your trip, we will do a 30 minute call to debrief on your visits and help you choose your new home.

  • The planning process detailed above begins at €3000 and scales depending on the duration and complexity of the trip.

  • We do not provide visa services, but we are glad to recommend one of our trusted partners who can support your visa process.

  • For our bespoke travel clients, concierge services are anything not included in the trip itinerary like sourcing a make-up artist, securing invitations to in-demand events, or planning a surprise proposal.

    Our bespoke travel clients also have the opportunity to request on-call concierge services during their stay in Paris at an additional daily rate. For example, if you want the security of an on-call concierge who can arrange an emergency doctor visit or make a last-minute change to dining reservations. 

    For our longer-term stay clients, concierge services are anything not included in that package like restaurant or activity bookings, or booking personal services. Our longer-term stay clients also have the option of adding on-call concierge services during their stay in Paris at an additional daily rate.

  • We recommend that clients contact us 6 to 9 months in advance for travel during high-demand periods like summer, the winter holidays, ski season, the Cannes Film Festival, and the Monaco Grand Prix. That said, we have strong relationships with hotels, property rental companies, restaurants, and experience providers we can leverage to plan a last-minute trip or secure last-minute event tickets - so do not hesitate to contact us for nearer-term travel.

  • While our focus is on comprehensive trip planning, if you have a specific luxury hotel or property rental you want to book, we provide this service on request.

  • We recommend that all of our clients obtain travel insurance to cover trip delays or cancelations. Our planning fees are nonrefundable, but If you must delay or cancel your trip, we will work with you to rebook the same trip for a different date.

  • Yes, most definitely. Megan has for years provided concierge services for public-facing individuals who require absolute discretion and is skilled at executing trips that maintain clients’ privacy.

  • We love to plan trips for families with children and introduce tiny travelers to the wonders of Europe. We also specialize in planning multi-generational trips that are engaging for the entire family.

  • While credit cards may offer some travel benefits, they are largely a booking service. We are a personal, full-service bespoke travel company that not only offers the same benefits or better, but also plans your entire journey. We also have deep relationships with every supplier we recommend and leverage those relationships to ensure the highest-quality service for your trip.

  • Yes, we are always glad to book your stay using your credit card so you can obtain points.

  • We work exclusively with 5-star hotels and luxury property rentals.
